BLUE RIDGE RESTAURANT AND COTTAGES ADVANCED DEPOSIT POLICY

Reservations will require room rate to be paid in full as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This must be paid by credit card.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

‚ÄčCancellations within 14 days of arrival, no shows and early check out incur 100% forfeiture of stay.

CHECK IN POLICY

  1. Check in time is 4pm-8pm.
  2. Credit card owner must be present.
  3. Early check in fee is $15USD, please call to advise us if you would like to check in early.
  4. Early check in availability is not guaranteed.

CHECK OUT POLICY

  1. Check out time is 11am.
  2. Late check out fee is $15USD up until 1pm when available.
  3. Late check out availability is not guaranteed.
  4. Key must be returned to staff upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of $10USD per key.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Transportation is available with prior notice only for an additional cost. Cost varies depending on distance. Please contact us for transportation rates.
  2. Room service is available for a fee per order of $5.50 USD per order.
  3. Pets are not allowed
  4. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
  5. Personal checks are not accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and Debit cards are accepted.
  6. Credit card owner must be present.
